Some Issuing Authorithies produce notes in non-standard denominations.

Here is a 4 shilling note from Tonga, 1939. Quite an attractive banknote.

Narodowy Bank Polski (The Polish National Bank) issued a 19 Złoty note in 2019 to commemorate 100 years since the founding of its security printing works in Warsaw.

The note which features the face of the Prime Minister of the day Ignacy Jan Paderewski, also features a watermark of the eagle found on the first banknote produced by print works in 1920.

The printage is only 55,000 notes.

Imperial Bank of Persia, 2 Tomans, Hamadan, 1 July 1920.
This note is also interesting in that it is payable in a specific town only. This was a feature of Persian banknotes of the time.

The ‘60’ denomination is seldom used. Bank of England issued £60 notes in its early days but a more recent example is the 1959 60 Escudos of Portugese India.

Nice one, and an attractive note! Nine can't be a very usual denomination, though we do also have the Carmarthen Bank 9 Pound note posted previously!
