Here's a nice Hong Kong note with a sort-of ship on the reverse.

Some of the French colonial banknotes are very attractive.
this 5 Franc note is from St Pierre et Miquelon, a French overseas territory near Canada.

Here is an attractive Chinese bank note featuring a ship and a train.
I have not been able to identify the note beyond its being of Chinese origin.

Image

EDIT:
After a reverse image search on the web, I managed to identify the note as being a Bank of Communications 10 dollar note dated 1 September 1912, and located an image of the obverse, which happens to be of the same note!
This may well be quite a rarity.

This rare £100 note issued in 1933 by The South African Reserve Bank features an old style sailing ship. The note is up for sale later this month at Noonans with an auction estimate of £12,000-£15,000.

A very attractive engraving of the sailing ship, which is on all denominations of the series.
This early £100 is one of the rarer notes in the series in nice grade too, in a similar league as the Irish 1928 £100 notes.
