Ploughman note valuations
The following are the four rarest signatures of the Ploughman notes, each with only a few examples recorded in the Ploughman Scan Survey.
Valuations are given in Euro, and are based on auction sales results data.

THE NORTHERN BANK LIMITED
Type 1E. S. W. Knox 1929
£1 - Value €3,500 in Fine, €5,000 in VF.
£5 - Value €5,000 in Fine, €7,000 in VF.
£10 - This is the only date for the Northern Ten Pound note, and thus the rarest note by bank. This attracts a considerable premium in value. It is thus the most valuable note by far: €18,000 in Fine grade.

THE PROVINCIAL BANK OF IRELAND LIMITED
Type 3P. G. A. Kennedy 1939
£10 - Value: €6,000 in VF grade.

More Ploughman notes will be added.

I recently added a section on Ploughman note values which covers all of the denominations and signature varieties.
