@DOC Generally the relative rarity has remained the same across the banks, except for the Hibernian Bank, all denominations have been seen to be less rare than previously estimated.
This is especially the case for the £5 note, which has gone from being a quite scarce note (much scarcer than Provincial) to being much more common than the Provincial. This is largely due to the hoard of Hibernian fivers which turned up in the Heritage auction a while back. Hibernian £10 notes have also become more common relative to those of other banks.
It makes it easier for collectors to find Hibernian notes in decent grade!
