Update for B-series £10

Thanks for those two additions.
CCC 222819 adds a small amount of notes to 222791, suggesting a possible run in sequence might have survived of this date. I think 222791 is AU, must check up on that. It did come from a run in sequence of three or four notes – I didn't see any more.
HHH 263509 widens the observed notes by just over 1000, from 264670.
