Provincial Bank of Ireland £3 note
This poor condition specimen has just sold in an obscure Scottish auction for £620 plus premium. It's a new sighting I believe - there are now 5 known blue £3 notes (though plenty more pre-1900).

And indeed a new sighting. It looks to be intact and uncancelled.
