Here is an image of the highest numbered Northern Bank £5 note seen to date.
It recently came up for auction at DNW.

I have been doing a bit of filing, and came across this National £1 note pic which expands the recorded prefixes from 44NA to 45NA.

A nice find and interesting to see that the note shows signs of circulation. Impressive also to see the 10% of outstanding notes milestone achieved for the Ploughman Scan Survey

I have been waiting to get to the 10% mark for a while!

I just noticed that this Royal Bank of Ireland Ploughman £5 is a new higher observed serial number for Royal Bank of Ireland £5 notes. This very nice example was sold by Noonans in May of this year and achieved a strong hammer price of £2,200.

It is possible not all the notes of this date were issued. We were unable to determine details of the last one issued.

That is indeed a new high for observed notes, and new to PSS data. I missed it in May!
