Prefix gaps in observed notes

Post by callahiljo »

This appears to be a new sighting of this 10s prefix - and one of the scarcer dates, the first of those with the amended heading of "Ireland" rather than "Irish Free State". Apologies for poor image quality! The note is in a Lyn Knight auction and extracting images is not made easy.

There is a gap between the last recorded prefix of the Irish Free State series, 41D dated 4.8.37 and this prefix 45D on the following type dated 17.1.38.

Can anyone fill the gap?

Mine is a 46D. Must check these and see what is recorded.
