This has appeared on eBay. Grotty but maybe a new sighting?

Would this note qualify for inclusion in the Ploughman Scan Survey?

There is a sizable collection of Ploughman notes on offer in the Spink sale of Friday 17th January 2025.
Almost all of these notes were recorded in the survey in the 1990s as serial numbers without images. This is one of the old collections. It is always useful to be able to add images to the dataset where only numbers are currently recorded. Some of the notes in this collection are also listed in Young's Guide to the Currency of Ireland Consolidated Bank Notes book.
