The £100 note is the scarcest note of the C Series, and the £100 KKK replacement note with KKK prefix is the only note in the series which is really rare besides the first date £20 note.
I have seen notes in the following regions:
KKK 000001-KKK 004000
KKK 010000-KKK 011603
This leaves a large gap of unobserved notes.
Has anyone seen any outside these number regions?

I have got a note that confirms your sightings, my £100 note has the number KKK000301.
The interesting thing is I have a £100 Note with the normal prefix AAK and the number 000301 !!!

There are a few pairs about. I have recorded number 000009 of both, and number 000022 as a pair also.
There are likely a few more pairs out there.
The low numbered standard issue notes were available from the Central Bank when the notes were first put into circulation. Replacement notes had to be sourced by collectors themselves, and once a KKK of a particular number was found, the owner then sought out the corresponding standard issue note.

I was lucky that at the time of issue I got both notes from the Central Bank.
I am from Germany and I ordered the notes by mail and the Bank sent it to me. Unfortunately these days are over now.

Yes, things have become less interesting since the Euro replaced the Irish Pound. No replacement notes, no dates to collect.
Getting even the standard issue £100 notes in UNC was always a challenge—most of those available now are AU with some kind of handling—as the opportunity to get the notes directly from a block seldom came up.
I have also seen replacement KKK 000005, which is in about VF grade, if I remember correctly.

I just recorded KKK 003056.
It is a well circulated note. You don't often see used £100 replacement notes knocking around!
Time to do a population census on the KKK £100 notes, I think.

I just saw number KKK 000300, and AAK with same number. Some dealer had them at mad money.
There might be a few in sequence there.
