March saw a decent amount of Ploughman notes turning up which were new to the Ploughman Scan Survey census.
£1 x 9; £5 x 3; £10 x 1 = £34 face value, which included a £10 note pictured in an old auction catalogue.

The upcoming Noonan's auction, currently in preview on their website, has a large selection of Ploughmn notes in it. Most of these notes are new to the PSS census of Ploughman notes. This suggests that many of them have come from an older collection.

It is always nice to add new notes, especially £1 notes, which have not been recorded previously.
148 Lots catalogued so far and 38 of them are Ploughman notes.

Mac, in PMI we set out the full signature by signature survival numbers as at July 2020, based on the PSS figures you kindly shared with us.

It's nearly three years since that was compiled. Is it time to publish a complete update? It would be instructive if it changes any of our existing assumptions about relative rarities.

Three years! Time does creep by.
Yes, it is time to publish an update, especially with the 10% mark reached.
